Information on Refunds, Damages, and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges
The retailer may return any new, unopened, and unused items sold and fulfilled by Nature Products USA within 15 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund of the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping. All refunds require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to the retailer upon contacting us by email. If the retailer returns the item without a Return Authorization Number, the return will not be processed. Refunds will be given within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned package.
Damaged and Defective
If an item purchased is defective then it is the retailer's responsibility to notify Nature Products USA within 5 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify Nature Products USA within 5 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is up to Nature Products USA discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the retailer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to Nature Products USA in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 15 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of the returned package. At our discretion, replacement parts may be provided rather than an entire item exchange. Photo evidence may be required of damaged product.
If an item is non-defective or not damaged, the retailer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A call tag will be issued for defective or damaged items.
A retailer who wishes to cancel an order is required to contact Nature Products USA immediately. Cancellations are not guaranteed. If the retailer contacts Nature Products USA before the item has been processed, then the order can be cancelled and the consumer will not incur any charges. If the retailer contacts Nature Products USA after the order has been processed, the retailer will be unable to cancel the order. The retailer will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping if the retailer wishes to return the order and any part of the order.
If the item is not returned to the warehouse, then no refunds or replacements will be issued. The retailer has 15 days once the return authorization number is provided to return the unwanted item back to our warehouse. If the retailer does not return the item within the given time frame, then the return will be voided. A return will not be reauthorized or processed once the 15 days have passed.
USPS, FedEX Ground, UPS and FedEx SmartPost are our available shipping and handling options. S/H options and pricing are based on order characteristics such as item weights and package sizes and the delivery address..
Delivery time depends on the delivery address and the shipping method.
Additional shipping may be added to orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
Additional taxes, duties, tariffs, or fees may be imposed upon receipt for International orders by the destination country.

Nearly all of the items we offer are stocked in our Evansville, IN warehouse. Most orders received by 1:00 pm CST are shipped out the same day.
