Wrens are bold, social birds that are not easily frightened by humans. However, if you do find that your window-mount bird house is not attracting birds, we recommend moving it to a window in a low-traffic area so that people and pets are not scaring the birds away. Nesting birds can be territorial, so we recommend mounting this on a stationary window away from doors or often-used outdoor walkways. Use a sheet of dark paper on the inside of the window to give the birds privacy when starting their nesting routine.
