Eagle Twister Wind Spinner Eagle Twisters come with movable wings and a fun curly twister tail. They are 16 inch x 30 inch. Their bodies are made with weather resistant rip stop polyester. The dye sublimation process is used to give you detailed features. The fabric is laminated to plastic giving them a rigid form. A polyester curly tail is attached with a swivel and will give you endless turns. A snap swivel is used on top of the strings for hanging.
