IN THE EVENT CJS DISTRIBUTING LLC EXTENDS CREDIT TO THE APPLICANT AND BEFORE ANY INVENTORY WILL BE ADVANCED ON CREDIT, CJS DISTRIBUTING LLC MAY REQUIRE THE APPLICANT TO DO THE FOLLOWING: (1) EXECUTE A SECURITY AGREEMENT, (2) IF A CORPORATE ENTITY, PROVIDE THE SECRETARY'S CERTIFICATE OR CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY (OR EQUIVALENT), (3) IF A CORPORATE ENTITY, OBTAIN AND DELIVER CERTIFIED COPIES OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION, ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OR EQUIVALENT,(4) CONTINUING GUARANTY.
